3 Egg whites

150 gr Sugar

A pinch salt

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 120 degrees. Tip the egg whites into a large mixing bowl, beat them with an electric hand whisk until the mixture resembles a fluffy cloud and stands up in stiff peaks when the blades are lifted. Then add the sugar and salt. Continue beating for 3-4 seconds between each addition. It’s important to add the sugar slowly at this stage as it helps prevent the meringue from weeping later. However, don’t over-beat. When ready, the mixture should be thick and glossy.  Scoop up a heaped dessertspoonful of the mixture on the baking paper and bake for 1.5 hours.  Leave to cool on the trays or a cooling rack.

I caked him this morning telling him that I wanted to try a new recipe, all men love that ( – : So we baked some very tasteful meringues: it seems an easy dessert, but be careful because it is a very delicate one.

K, like these meringues, is white, nice, healthy, tick and glossy, basically he is perfect! He is also very committed and he likes challenges, all sorts of challenges.
