Love Pie

Here we go, Guys, St Valentine’s Day is approaching and Homme Sweeet Homme is already thinking on how to celebrate ( – ;

I know, I know, I am single, but what does it mean? I have a loooooooooooot of LOVE to share and I have decided to share it with you all and with my closest friends:

It is so much funnier than sharing my love with ONLY ONE person ah ah ah

This is the recipe you have all being waiting for:

A perfect pie crust (See recipe here)

Raspberry jam

350 gr Raspberries

300 gr Dark chocolate

60 gr Icing sugar

15 Cl Cream

2 Egg whites

Recipe: Prepare the pie crust dough, put it in the fridge for a couple of hours. When the pie crust is sufficiently chilled, line the pie crust with parchment paper, fill at least two-thirds full with pie weights – dry beans, rice, or stainless-steel pie weights. Bake with weights for 20 minutes on 180 degrees, then remove from oven, cool a few minutes and carefully remove pie weights. Poke small holes in the bottom of the pie crust with a fork and return to oven (without the weights) and cook for an additional 10 minutes, until the crust is golden. Cool before filling the pie with the chocolate cream that you have prepared mixing together the melted chocolate with cream, icing sugar, and beaten until stiff egg whites. Put the pie again in the fridge. Before serving it, spread on top of the pie a bit of raspberry jam, then decorate with the raspberries. Mmmmmmmh
